2. Definitions

5. Account Registration

5.1 Each individual user is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names or identities, is strictly prohibited.

5.5 Account registration is subject to acceptance by the Platform at its sole discretion. The Platform reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

6. Identity Verification (KYC)

6.1 The Platform may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require Users to submit identity verification documentation in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) and fraud prevention obligations.

6.2 Typically requested documentation may include, but is not limited to: a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid passport, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), a selfie or liveness check matching the submitted identity document, and evidence of payment method ownership.

6.3 Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure, HTTPS-encrypted verification portal. You must never send identity documents through unsecured channels, unencrypted email, or third-party file-sharing services. Documents must not be altered, digitally modified, obscured or falsified in any way — doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6.4 Withdrawal processing may be suspended pending completion of KYC verification. The Platform accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a User's failure to provide accurate or timely documentation.

7. Deposits

7.1 Deposits are accepted only from payment methods registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

7.2 The Platform displays references to payment rails familiar to Pakistani users, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. 7.3 All deposits are denominated and credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

8.4 The Platform reserves the right to perform additional compliance checks on withdrawal requests. This may extend processing windows and does not constitute refusal of the withdrawal.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by 7pk365 are subject to specific Terms and Conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

9.3 The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a User's account, the Platform will apply reasonable notice where practicable.

9.4 Attempting to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or multi-account abuse is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.

9.5 VIP program perks, tier thresholds and associated benefits are governed by the VIP program terms published on the Platform and may be updated at the operator's discretion.

10. Betting Rules

10.1 All bets are accepted subject to the specific sport, market and event rules published on the Platform. In the case of any ambiguity, the Platform's decision shall be final and binding.

11. Casino & Games Rules

11.1 All casino games, live dealer games, slots and instant games are operated by the Platform's technology providers using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) or live studio environments. Game outcomes are fair and independent of prior results.

12. Prohibited Conduct

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 The Platform reserves the right to suspend or close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is: (a) suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) breach of these Terms; (c) a failure to complete required KYC verification; (d) compliance or regulatory concerns; or (e) risk management requirements.

13.2 Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, the Platform may forfeit any balance held in the account. Where no breach has occurred and the account is closed at the Platform's discretion, verified funds will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

14. Responsible Gambling

16. Limitation of Liability

16.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7pk365 makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any content on the Platform for any particular purpose.

16.3 Gambling involves financial risk. Users acknowledge that they may lose the entirety of any funds wagered. 7pk365 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Users.

17. Privacy & Data

17.1 The collection, storage and processing of personal data by 7pk365 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.

17.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

17.3 7pk365 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed only for purposes of account operation, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gambling enforcement, and service improvement.

18. Amendments to Terms

19.3 If informal resolution is not achieved, formal dispute resolution shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures specified by the Platform's licensing jurisdiction, details of which are available upon request through the support channel.

19.4 Nothing in this clause limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
